Ok, so I don't know anything about the plan yet and the subject line is just a lot of optimism, which is unusual for me.

Optimism isn't so bad! I, myself, am a apathetic cynical optimist.

But anywho, person who I assume is a cat but I haven't bothered to check, the first stage of the plan is to build a giant orbital death cannon.

I've often been described as cynical and pessimistic but I maintain that I'm a realist!

I will make no comment as to my species... which I haven't really bothered to check either

Of course robots can! Why do you think those robots invaded the tearoom? They are actually my cheap work force that got misdirected! And this thing gets built this week! Or in twenty years! You never know with contractors...
