I had a job interview today in a very pleasant part of Edinburgh (Corstorphine). I was early so I got off the bus at Murrayfield and took a wander. Brian Wilson was singing about his Good Vibrations and I was happy.
The interview went alright I thought and I got a really nice vibe from the place, it felt really friendly and laid back. Sat beside this nice old lady on the bus who was wearing a poncho/cape who told me that it's not every day you get to sit beside Batgirl. She also said she really hopes I get the job. Stopped off at the agency to tell them how I got on and my contact there said I'd probably have it in the bag too.
I should find out today if I'm successful. What do you lot think?

I think you had a very pleasant day and you *probably* have the job, however... sceptical, gloomy, weegie sod that I am, I tend not to believe in Omens- good or bad.
If you get the job it will be because you did well at the interview, facilitated, no doubt by your relaxed and happy state of mind at the time..

Good luck ,by the way What's the job for?

"I'll phone you by 1 pm", the man at the agency said. It's now 25 to 3. I can't take much more of this!
