Oh
Sorry, you startled me a bit there. I'm called thom. Oh, you knew that. I come from a an old town called Colchester in a little country called England where, to pass the time and avoid getting a job, I sit in a few lectures a week in an eyesore in a rather beautiful park which is collectively known as the University of Essex. The people at the front of these lectures who talk more than anyone else do so mostly on the subject of philosophy. They make me write essays. And have ideas. It seems, however, that they are far more concerned with the former. Unfortunately, I prefer the latter.
I originally hail from the Suffolk area, so I am familiar with Tractors and having nothing to do. Books are good and Television is evil. I still barely read and watch TV all day, however. Damnit.

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
