Yes, that's a test page. I'd forgotten about this.
Categories aren't specific to any particular site currently, and so they can group any DNA content. I only got the opportunity to test this when iCan's user-based categorisation system was created.
Unfortunately due to a rather rushed schedule iCan never received full testing by the BBCiTesters away from the public view.
