Wonderful amount of aceing you've done! Just one small comment: We all use a cut and pasted template to some extent for aceing, it stops up leaving out any of those essential links. What most aces try and do however is to customise that text. Instead of just sticking customised comments in separate posts, it can make the aceing engage much better with the researcher, if you work it into your standard message by editing the post after you paste.

Heh. It's been a long time since I was on that list. I used to get on the other list a lot with long aceings, but I've tried to cut down my message quite a bit, although it needs a bit revamp. It doesn't cover SSO, digiboxes, the new staff, etc
