Jeez,
You give them your sweat and toil and they ask for blood as well. I went to get some help because my work load isn't allowing me to do my best - and i got told off, basically, for not being able to do more hours than i'm supposed to! Their solution - to give me loads of extra work to do to make my current overload more manageable! And to tell me if i can't i'm incompetant. And to make threats that if i'm don't capitulate i'm out.
Fab.
And i've just discovered that i've not got a union rep anymore because the college wouldn't give him the time to do it.
