Just running around like a you-know-what with it's you-know-what cut off.
See ya!

Hi, TR!
Glad you dropped by. Do have some .
I was going to have a look at your space last night, then decided it was too late and I needed to go to bed.
I entirely agree with you about tap dancing and belly dancing. I've done more of the former than the latter. As I have a six year old, I'm putting stuff like that on hold until he's a bit older, as I will getting another motorbike.
Do come again. I'll have next time.

I can't find the posting where you mentioned I might want to see your work in progress about the Quaker Peace testament. So far, so good.
Richard Nixon was a Quaker.
Since there is a heading about the Nobel Peace prize and the UN, I assume you will get around to filling in the details. The longer terrorism quote deserves attribution and date before quote, not in footnote.
Press on, but try not to bludgeon the uninitiated.
I see very little evidence of the comma fetish I've been witnessing around here.

Thanks for the comments. I was aware that a lot of shaping and pruning has to be done and I'm hoping to knock it in shape tomorrow. I had originally put the reference for the long quote at the beginning and then changed it to the footnote. However, I'm considering paraphrasing it into something between a quarter and a third of the length - still with attribution, of course.
I didn't know Richard Nixon was a Quaker! How interesting.
Texas eh? As it's almost 11pm here and I'm about to go to bed, I wonder what time you have there?

Right now it's 5:11 PM.
Ah, yes, the comma. There is an adolescent tendency to use them as pauses such as one would use in speech. Which leads to such silliness as 'There, is an adolescent tendency, to use them, as pauses, such as one would use, in speech.'
I kid you not. Look and you will see. You've probably never noticed them before, but you will now. It's like when my wife was pregnant. Suddenly, it seemed like every woman I met was pregnant.

And when you buy a new car, for the road suddenly to be full of them (although it's probably over 8 years since I bought my current one and I've no intention of getting another until I have to).
As for the commas, Il be on the lookout.

If I grow into this chair, I'll never have to drive again.

And after reading Archangel Galaxy Babe's piece on driving in Kuwait, I'm not sure I want to drive. That kind of horror sticks with you.
