hello all
Hi my name is Julian I am a 31yr old Londoner and I have been a chef for 17 years, I started my love affair with food at the age of 3 - 4 years old, My mother was a chef and so was my grandmother so its in my blood :), Well anyway the reason I joined this project was to share what I know and to search for what I didnt know, My interests are factual books and searching the internt for facts. I have many other facets as do we all and I hope you exploit my knowledge as I hope to exploit all yours in a friendly way!.please contact me.
