Journal Entries
And now, the news...
Posted Jun 24, 2002
Well, it's time for another journal entry, I suppose. I wonder who actually reads this? People clicking on my name in conversation threads trying to work out who on earth is spouting such gibberish, most likely.
What I am thinking at the moment? Well, I'm wondering what on earth is going on with the world cup, being impressed at "12 Angry Men" (great film!), and harbouring ambitions to be a polymath. In my own small way...

Otto is Online!

Fantastic! I now have internet access at home. I've finally bought (in this order) a computer, a house, and an ISP package. So what if my computer is only connected by a long trailing wire to the phone point in the bathroom (I don't understand either...). This means I'll be around more often, and perhaps get to know some people better.
The world is my lobster.

If only I had more time!!
My current possible next guide entries are
1. Crohns Disease.
2. TLAs, jargon and private languages (partially covered already)
3. How to win arguments.
4. Philosophy: The interesting bits.
5. Re-writing "Long Distance Relationships" for peer review. I think I need some help on that one!

Well then!
I've signed up today, and I was going to post something eridite, witty, informative, and, and, and .... eloquent.
But I'm going to have to go away and think about it.
