Yes I confess Ive been doing some experimenting, the more I get into this pc bussiness the more fun it gets and the more tempted you are to "tweet" around with It. but as most the time I dont really know what im doing and takes me an age to get the hang of things so I think the world is relatively safe from anough pc but I do feel bit of .

I made a bad more a while ago, downloaded a virus checker and systems disk space saver,dont know what went wrong but it it messed my pc up loads have ditched it now but would still like to get some protection but its put me off a bit.
all in all though still I will always be grateful to webtv for getting me onto web but pc is soooooo much better EXCEPT WHEN YOU GET MAJOR PROBLEMS!

I know what you mean about webTV starting you off on computers. It was the same for me.

A computer is an expensive purchase and I didn't want to pay all that money just to see what the internet was like. Once I had seen it I had to get a computer of course. And after struggling with webTv it seemed quite easy really.

I have used computers at work but only very boring ones for business reasons, no sounds or pictures etc.

I was lucky to be able to buy a new computer, but as the company I bought the computer from has gone out of business I will need to buy a whole new computer if anything goes wrong with it.

PC problems is sore subject at present for past couple of days... now and again when I connect up I cannot veiw any websites?? I have been following "help pages" information, as best as I can and so far It has got me out of trouble, but next time or time after same problem presents??? cant figure out why its happening all of a sudden! Still I guess if all went to smoothly all of time it would get dull...but whats wrong with dull I ask....

Yes, you could well be right about being some of the problem! I have not had the problem now for a few days. Help pages also sugested I deleted my history files on my browser, in case they had been corupted that seemed to do the trick ??? Still back to normal for now so so all's well in the !!Pc wise anyhow. shame all problems cant be fixed as easy!
