hi it's me!!!!!!!!
Hello, my name's GRACE i'm 21 and in my 3rd year studying Archaeology BSc. Being a massive sci-fi fan; any programme/film will do. my favourites at the moment are Supernatural, Heroes and Battlestar Galactica (new one), and i love Star Trek, Doctor Who (new and old), Star Wars, Sliders, Quantum Leap etc etc. the list goes on.... I also love to indulge my nostagia. Stingray (by far the best Gerry Anderson Production) Mr Benn and Thundercats, Family Ness, Charlie Chalk.... I also like anime. My favourites being Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, Fullmetal Alchemist, Vampire Hunter D, Bleach and Saiunkoku Monogatari. I occasionally read manga, I like Saiyuki but i'm fussy about the art styles i like so finding good manga/graphic novels/comics with great art and great storylines gets kind of hard. I think the favourite one i've discovered so far would be The Crow by J. O'Barr and i liked Sin City......it's the artwork that's the key to everything. Another great tv programme is Brimstone. There are only 13 episodes it's not released on video or DVD and Ch4 no longer have the rights to show it which is really annoying because it's so good!!!!!!!!!! This guy Zeke Stone was a cop who died and went to hell for killing his wife's rapist. But 113 evil souls have escaped from hell and the Devil has sent him back to Earth to recapture them. It stars Peter Horton and John Glover and it's one of the best series i've ever seen!!!!! I'm also into period dramas such as Pride and Prejudice, and period-action thingys like Sharpe and the Scarlet Pimpernel. I'm also into crime, but only Sherlock Holmes and Cadfael so far... My favourite actors are so many....i have my absolute favourites like Johnny Depp and then hundreds that will recommend films to me just by their very presence - Sam Neil, Jonathan Pryce, Samuel L Jackson. (I don't really have any fav. actresses, they just don't have the same pulling power for me. ) I also love... books. My favourite authors are Douglas Adams (of course), Robin Hobb, Laurie R. King, Ellis Peters, Sir A. Conan Doyle and Jane Austen, Robin Jarvis, Raymond E Feist, David Eddings. Another of my great loves is music. Cream, Free, Queen, David Bowie, The Beatles, James Taylor, The Who, The Kinks.......anything with a full sound, great guitar riffs, rich harmonies...and a bit of blues makes all the difference.Latest Messages
