How was Friday?

It was okay - managed to fit it in after Thursday, and before Saturday...

Might try and do the same at the end of this week too....

I am constantly amazed by people who manage to actively put Fridays between Thursday and Saturday. I find it just appears at the most unexpected points in the week! Lucklily Saturday does always seem to follow it so I am usually the right end of the country by the time it gets to Saturday!

I have, as ever, very little idea why I've changed my name. It's only a temporary measure, and I was going to change it back, but I'm kinda enjoying the novelty value of having a different name for a bit.

I obviously need to get out more.

Things still going great guns with Lucy and me. She's coming down to visit tonight for the weekend. Already planned up - highlights include inflicting a badminton pub quiz on the poor lass, and a film about cannibals. Hmm. I guess if she can survive that she can survive anything .

Pleased to read that things are still going well with Lucy - I hope she enjoyed the Quiz - I am sure it helps going woth someone who is good at that stort of thing. I am also assuming that neiter of you go ideas from the film

We are off to Teneriffe for a couple of weeks - I know nothing like as glam as your holidays but I really need a good long rest - I am exhausted. Slept for almost 14 hours last night

Back to w**k tomorrow and then we leave on Friday. I wonder when I will get a chance to pack - only tonight at the cottage and not everything is washed - HELP!

I'm off to Southampton for the weekend for another Sunday .

Hope you saw us waving....

Hope that you had a good time in Southampton and have had plenty of Sundays - we just had over two weeks of Sundays It was fab to be able to spend so much time together!

No serioulsly we had a great time doing really very little - getting up late, sitting on the baclony, watching the world go by, reading, sitting by the pool, maybe going back to the apartment for some lunch etc and then doing the whole thing again until it was time for supper ... Oh and I did lots of much needed sleeping as well

The results of the quiz are up now so ...

Well its Sunday so I had better go
