Gotta pop over to Lady P's--just got a postcard from her

Not that I'm one to lurk, ... ... But yes, it becomes apparent that a number of returnee's have been absent since '03, '04, and later. What-ever the reason for the 'zombies returns', I think it may be an omen of rejuvenation. Hey, I'm a sucker of an optimist, eh?

And oh yeah, ... my journals are gonna FLOOD your PS !!! Just you wait !!! Ummm, okay, ... so there ain't that much that I find world-wide-sharing-stuff. The good, the bad, and the ugly pretty much stays with the day-to-day friends., Here and by the mails. I'm not really one to air me laundry to the whole world, ya know?

And dang, darn and seriously-oh-HECK !!! I've yet to see if our teeny town has any newer post-cards for the Lady P. 'Coz I cain't not afford no plane to takes me own air-eee-yal fotos !!!

I'd had a lovely bunch for her--some from Klamath and some from Crescent City, had them written on and everything, and didn't get to the post office for an international stamp (I just throw several cards into an envelope) before we had the mad scramble to pack and move in 2-3 days. While there are still boxes in the closet, most of them are boxes that were packed in Sacramento (had to get rid of the bookcases for room reasons, and haven't replaced them yet--at least the local library is well stocked, and very near where Faith's playgroup and predance class are) and I'm afraid the cards are gone.

Poke at me occasionally to get more and send them before Lady P flies over, eh? There was one that I think Lady P would like to share with nuke--a pair of sea lions being about as kissy-face as a lot of their photos from February

I'll tryh to remember. But geez, do ya think some kissy faced sea-lions are memorable enough for an ancient old dude?

I was perhaps the 2nd swath that hit her at the onset, and burned out the local resources for that. It really IS a small town. Google for Trenton (Quinte West), Ontario ... Maybe we have anew duck or tree that a card has been made of?

Sorry if I am a bit sporadic for the next day or two. Some have ex-spouses, some have ex-in-laws, ... We have an ex-neighbor. Good woman and mother of 3 sweet little girls. With a piece of )*&*(^&^$ for an ex-husband. She has finally gotten court blessings to pick up her and the girls and return to where SHE has family, ... BC. So this week-end is a mega-yard-sale of all that can't be hauled, and we're in it up to our eyes.

Rather busy--yesterday morning we got out a bit late (9am, but as we meet in the community center, we have to set up, first service is at 10, and it's 20 windy miles between home and there) and we didn't get home until nearly 10, because we stopped by Tom's parents' place before heading back to town, and returned a movie/rented some more (tend to just veg out Sunday nights--we've working our way through the Police Acedemy movies)

Ah, so a serious study in to crime prevention is underway, eh? Just please, do NOT hurt yourselves with excessive laughter. I think I have seen most of them, as they've come around to the TV. And each was quite a chuckle.

We've not hurt ourselves laughing yet, but it's a good thing that, once Faith's asleep, she's ASLEEP

That is a very good thing then. And allows you both a little adult quiet time without too many disturbances. Something that a lot of married folks miss with the first child.
