Salads
It appears reasonable to assume that the best possible salad consists of a thin bed of romaine covered with sprigs of spring greens (especially the more peppery sorts), bean sprouts, sliced mushrooms, and chopped hard-boiled eggs. Blue cheese dressing. I am willing to consider alternatives.
