How are you doing? Would you matter if I put you on my friends list in h2g2? I wish you would share, perhaps in CC's thread about your experience in a kibbutz and how you ended up there. It sounds like a fascinating story you could share.

Of course you can me to your friends list,

I don't have a list but I consider you a friend, have done for some time smiley - hug hope that is ok smiley - biggrin

Not sure how I can share my kibbutz story without giving too much personal information in the one go, which is why I do it dribs and drabs... I'll try and work it the daydream thread

We're ok, cooking soup and peanut butter cookies, what's 'bout you?

yuch we just went on an overly expensive grocery trip and didn't succeed in getting one GF dip so D can enjoy his snack food. Why dips must include MSG, I;ll never understand. So we're cross and crabby.

a grocery shop would have the potential to make me cross and crabby in its own right even if I got everything, I don't like it

do you have a favourite home made dip recipe?

Hey Peanut.

Well there is a French onion dip that requires sour cream, GF-boullion and dried and powerded onion ---but till you get all that it is too expensive.

D has a problem with tomatoes and too spicy foods. Onion is as strong as he gets and not garlic either except in tzatziki. Beans have been getting a bad reaction as well. smiley - sigh

Sounds tricky.

Hiccup is trying a vegan diet, much to my initial consternation, not that i have a problm with that as a choice but the range of foods Hiccup will eat was already very narrow and I was very concerned that it would be nutriently poor

So I wanted to be supportive and of course it is not my choice to make, after a honest discussion about motivations, and my concerns, we have set about meal planning and instead of becoming more restrictive it has massively widened the range the foods in Hiccup's diet. Which gladdens this mother's heart. Calcium is the tricky one, so are supplementing that with a tablet for the time being
