hello
from magnolia massachusetts. population 740. lots of children, cats, dogs, wildlife, woods, a reclaimed dumped, lots of ocean. southwest of the cut bridge, it is one of the tiny villages that comprise gloucester massachusetts. magnolia beach used to be known as 'smelly beach'. updated sewer regulations stopped the outflow of septic effluent into the ocean. the beach continues to live up to its moniker, the kelp likes to wash up here and accumulates sometimes three feet deep. add a healthy dose of new england summer and 'smelly beach' emerges.
