sleep? hello?
Posted Sep 3, 2001
well, it's 3.15am and i officially gave up on sleep at 2am this morning after failing to feel even slightly drowzy after going to bed. this is very unusual for me! so, i got up feeling rather peckish and ate 3 slices of bread: one with honey, one with strawberry jam and one with primula (just don't ask!). read for an hour, got bored with that, so here i am! please just humour me!

i'm back! wwwhhheeeeeeeeeeee! i had an amazing time after cycling 320 miles around Denmark (we were pretty lax this time, once in 2 weeks we did 900!). there were hundreds of fuzzy caterpillars crossing the road and i had my birthday! (if anyone can find a connection please let me know). the weather was extremely changeable, some days were gorgeously roasting while others were bitterly cold with biting head winds. i saw loads of groovy jellyfish (though kept my distance, remembering a painful incident in Holland), had a relapse of glandular fever (which was a bit tough really, since i still had to average 30 miles a day), found a sharks tooth on Hjarno (a groovy little island), and basically had a great time!
when i came back i had my GCSE results awaiting me (only 2, cos i took those early, i've still got the rest to do), so , with great trepidation i opend the envelope, opened my eyes, and........ 2 B's for science and a C for statistics, wwwwhhhhhhheeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
