As lawyers for the now demised late 70's punk rock group The Banned, we must ask you to stop using the name "The Banned" forthwith and heretoforafter as it still exists in copyright. Failure to comply with this notice will result in the full penalty of the law, and we'll also send the boys round to re-arrange your furniture... if you know what I mean.
