Just reading about the meaning of songs, and reminded me of something that happened a few years ago on the net (actually, in a physics newsgroup, so you can see how slow the day was going 
).
I mentioned that there was a contradiction between 2 Guns 'n' Roses songs. In _Think About You_, Axl considers "Loving that'd last forever".
In _November Rain_, he states "Nothing lasts forever".
Therefore, he is equating nothing with love.
Then someone else popped up and pointed out that his meaning is obvious. He's singing about tennis, where Love = Nothing!

LOL, that's funny, and I love it. Song meanings can be very convoluted - it's a great interest of mine. I'll tell my son about the Guns song - he likes things like that
