h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I have just heard that Iraqis are being given food rations the same colour as the Cluster bomblets - *just* as in Afghanistan! Then, both were blue - now both are yellow. What's *that* about?
I also heard a promo for the news on the station I am listening to - and here's what made me feel ill... An American voice was saying, no doubt regarding the current Unpleasantness: "this is the final solution". Granted that's out of context, but has the man no sense of history or irony?
That's why I am feeling quite sick.
It is sunny, and I will *finally* start work as an ESW on 28th April. Yay!!!!! I am going to finally be of some use, not just an ornament.And it is sunny!

It's an Education Support Worker. Which I now officially, and properly am! Yay!
I have watched Dr Phil once or twice when he's been on Oprah, and on the Late Show with David Letterman, they have 'Words of Wisdom from Dr Phil'. I have a whole heaping helping of the best ones, I wrote down one afternoon when Oprah had a "Best of Dr Phil' programme. I don't suppose he means to be, but he's hilarious!

He has his own show now!

I think he is fantastic. I am such a junkie for certain sections of popular culture.
