Greetings Snoeker-pronounced-Snooker, and welcome to this The Guide. Kindly help yourself to and , fasten your seat belt and extinguish all smoking objects.
Excellent. As an ACE (Assistant Community Editor) it is my, and my fellow ACE's task around these parts, to meet and greet newbies like yourself to the ins, outs, ups and downs of this great and glorious opus. Should you have any questions about any part of the Guide, a list of ACE's can be found here http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/Aces . We're volunteers and are more than willing to help you should you get lost.
As a starter, you can't go wrong with the welcome page at http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/welcome here you will find as it says, a Welcome.
Undoubtedly the best way to find your way around is to go for a wander, join in on conversations and create entries. As I said, if you do have questions, you can grab an ACE, leave a message on my home page or go to http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/dontpanic
Enjoy is the main part.
One thing, though, please don't feed the s, they can get angry if provoked
Toodlepip Snoeker-pronounced-Snooker and we'll see you around.
