I've been at my current place of work for more than a year and a half; I'm slated to move to the USA but because of delays with the visa I've had to stick it out and this is a job I was planning to leave before last christmas.
Well now that I'm reflecting on it, the teams have been moved around yet again and now have to deal with the micromanaging manager wana-be who I loath to work with because every little bit of my time is planned out and messed about with leaving me feeling like a cog instead of a team player.
The fact that there is 4 peoples work for one person is a constant issue although having 2 people to make sure the 4 people worth of work is done effectivly by the one person (i.e me) is very heart warming.
The stupidity of the working world continues.
