welcome and a bit about myself
welcome to my space. it's a fun space. there's nothing particularly out of the ordinary about it, but that's not what makes it fun, just the same as if you had a funny slogan on your shirt it doesn't necessarily mean you are a particularly funny person. Or that if you had on a plain white shirt, it wouldn't necessarily mean you are mute. hopefully i will update this often as it will most likely cease to entertain me or anyone else after roughly three read-throughs.
i don't know what would be interesting to people that i could contribute that would be unique from things contributed by others, so i will start with a brief description of myself as i find myself slightly diverting. i'm a nineteen year old female who resides is sunny corona california. i attend the university of california, riverside and work in a library. i am short, skinny, and pale. my hair is red, my eyes are blue. as there is a lot one can tell about a person by their shoes, here is a brief description of the ones i wear the most often: they are a pair of well-loved, rather worn black canvas converse allstars with a goldfish drawn in ballpoint pen on the toe of one and the word pirhana on the other, in reference to the movie cannibal women of the avacado jungle of death. on the sides i have the word venus and one atari teenage riot quote and one quote from the book ya-ya sisterhood and one pixies quote and one cibo-matto quote. now that the shoes have been described, there is nothing left to say about myself that would not be redundant.
i should also say that recognizing the beauty of nature is important. recognizing the beauty of everything is important. because there is beauty in everything. and life is richer for knowing this.
and i must add that this world is a little less wonderful for the loss of douglas adams
