i am a new researcher with h2g2 and am seeking to understand what is it that women want? i also hope to contribute to the h2g2, hopefully my writings will be worthy..

i just wanted to be aquainted with somebody who can share some info./knowledge/writings with me. I hope you will approve of this.

Indeed, I too am new to this game and I would be delighted to help you in your quest to find out what women want, however I feel I am less of an expert on the subject than you may think. You see, I am not wholly a woman. Neither am I a cat, for that matter.

My experience in the matter so far has taught me at least one valuable lesson. What do women want? A spoken reply. It is not enough for one to acknowledge their speech with a grunt, a raised eyebrow or even a 'Oh!'. No, women want a spoken, coherent reply. Which is difficult for most men who are capable of doing one thing at a time only, and thus suffer minor brain traumas when required to reply to a comment at the same time as watching the television or clipping their toenails.

Hope this is of some use to you. I'll let you know more when I find it out.

yes another quest of mine...the truth. i do agree with you in yer reply...it seems that is true...woen want a spoken reply. i tried grunting a reply but i got a whack for it.
