Still Going.

Well, no rest for the weary it would seem. I finished school on a Thursday (never could get the hang of those), moved out of my apartment on Friday, moved into my new one on Saturday and started work on Monday. For a couple of weeks I worked during the day and wrote a paper at night. Now that the paper's done I have my nights free to practice and read Martin's "Fire and Ice" series. Despite all the work, I can't complain. Summer is beautiful in the city and I feel like I'm actually doing something with my days.

Putting Things Off

In 3 weeks the first year of law school will be over. Of course, between now and then there is the minor hurdle of finals to deal with. I'm in that phase right now where there's so much to do you don't know where to begin, so you do nothing. Or you do things that you shouldn't be doing. It doesn't matter what you do, so long as it's not what you're SUPPOSED to be doing. I guess that's why I'm writing in this journal at 2 AM rather than sleeping or outlining. Well, back to work.

Slight Elaboration

I do apologize for the brevity of my previous entry. The "law student" part of my life is asserting itself rather strongly at this juncture. I have finals in two weeks and then a writing competition after that. I am very excited about h2g2 though and once things settle a little bit, I look forward to become more involved with it. In the meantime, feel free to leave a note. I'll try to respond when I can. Best wishes to all. Thanks for dropping by!
