Not the raisins, strictly a savoury this, smother a short crust pastry flan case with marmite to taste, add thickly sliced that have been marinaded in vodka and a little olive oil, finely chopped garlic & onion, halved olives and a little thinly sliced courgette. Rip up some basil leaves & bake in a moderate oven. You could add parmesan shavings and/or proscuttio if so desired
