my summer is nearly over just a fortnight until I have to start packing and return to education. time to start pretending I have a brain once more.

for the gap in replying - Friday was a 7 hour ward round which I spent most of trying not to fall down the back of the sofa...

I shouldn't worry about getting back into the swing of things; a few days and you'll be a smooth and slick as a very waxed leg

Things are awful warm in London village, and I'm running up and down stairs in my new Psychiatry firm, so hopefully I can count that as exercise (cunning plans are indeed, a-foot <schemes&gt
