You intrigued me on AskH2G2 so much that I thought I'd wander over to your personal space (too much time on your hands, methinks).
It might sound like a cheesy chat-up line, but we do seem to have an immense amount in common...Chaucer's Pubbe Joke, Musician Jokes (How many viola players does it take to paper a room? 5, if you slice them thin enough), Eddie Izzard (Cake or Death?) - I even wanted to be Professor of Frontier Psychiatry ('That Boy Needs Therapy') until you got there first . Dammit. We should collaborate on stealing the Pubbe Joke to H2G2, tho'

Hiya!
Hmm - intrigue *plays a suitably intriguing chord*
And yes, it does sound like a cheesy chat up line; but more importantly - what sort of cheese?
The Chaucer Pubbe Gagge made me cry with laughter - I'm actually in the process of researching BB himself for an entry - hence a small snippet of the Gagge can get in the Edited Guide - copyright permitting of course
The reason I've been on h2g2 for such long periods of time is revsion avoidance - revsion for an exam which constitutes less than 1% of a BSc I'm doing. Hence why I'm here
Sorry about nabbing the Avalaunches ref first - that track is a marvel of mixing I have to say, although I am yet to listen to the rest of the album in detail... a friend of mine has a copy, so I'd better borrow it for a while....
Anyhow - thanks for dropping by and I'm glad you enjoyed my userspace!
Stay ,
WD

Rest of the album not too shabby - although 'Psychiatrist' stands out a mile as the best gag.
Am on H2G2 for exactly the same reason. My BEng project due in, and I haven't got any dat (or references, for that matter) . Only been here for 2 weeks - already hooked, of course.
