Yeah, its not always visible, but I keep one of those "concience" things for special occasions .
Sorry, didn't mean to make anyone feel bad. I'm not in to "I'm more moral than you" type stuff. I just say what I see. And if the "concience" gets in the way so be it .

I suppose the closest way to pronounce it is yoo-an. A hard Y sound, as in yellow, followed by the oo as in book, and then an as in and.
Or, for ease of memory, the same way as Ewan, as in Ewan McGregor!
