Just thought I'd pop in and say hi to a fellow Melbournian - it's nice when there's someone else in the same timezone

And a BIG Aussie G'day to you. I just happened to be making a brief visit to H2G2 (here at work in Mulgrave) and spotted your message 5 minutes after you posted it. Do you ever get out this way - or to Croydon? Maybe we could have a some time.

Do you know of any other Melbourne researchers? I'd love to be part of a meet-up (I'm jealous of all those Londoners)...
As for - I've never even heard of Mulgrave, and I'm not 100% sure where Croydon is...!

Mulgrave is next to Monash Uni and South of Glen Waverley. Croydon is in the 'Outer East', past Box Hill and Ringwood (Eastland)on the way to Lilydale and Healesville. Sorry, I have not been able to trace any other Melbourne Researchers yet. If I find any, I'll let you know. It appears that you may have been watching Pat Rafter's match - along with millions of other Aussies!

I didn't get to watch it , but I'm one of those annoying red-vested people who hands out the Express in the morning, so I read all about it I think they probably both deserved to win, but it would've been nice if Pat had. Ah well
