well the subject line was egg shaped balls...so that would either be a Rugby ball or an American Football...now sense you mentioned that and foot ball I figured we were talking American Football

Yes a long time ago I used to be good at Rugby, was a looker then.
More like Jack Nicholson these days.

well if we are talking rugby then my team is Manhattan Rugby and that would be a local type club that I am a part of...if we are talking pro team...we have what is called the super leage in the US and I like the NY...mainly cus I have gotten to meet and play aginst some of the guys on the team...now national level I suport the Eagles but still respect teams like the All Blacks

OK that's fine. Did'nt want to put you off when you'd started. Your home page looks good. My nick name here is Oetzi Oetztaller and I'm from north England. Seen your football and like it, good protection, good rules. Even say it was more civilised. You agree?

no not really...I like both games and have played both...people are just as uncivilised in both...and actualy I have seen less nastyness on a rugby pitch...I like the structure of football and I like to watch the games...easy to follow and lots of big hits...but I like playing rugby more I think...it flows and doesn't slow...and unlike the years I played football I actualy get to touch the ball from time to time granted I am a forward so even when I get the ball it's not for a long period of time but it's still nice

I'm with you at 21:00 Sat and still ragged round edges.
Been thinking back to those days when I played.
Used to play with the team of two years senior to me. Things got a bit uncivilised at times. Spent some time in the ENT hospital.
That's why I am keen on strict rule enforcement.
No rules No enforcement No game
