Colin the Penguin
There is always a Colin. No matter where you look. He might turn up in the Secret Seven, or one of a bunch of gangster Camels in a car commercial, or whatever. No matter how specific a the group of people, no matter what back ground or nationality or language, anywhere in the world, a Colin will always turn up. Likewise penguins turn up from everything from computers to the cover of electronica (eg Woob, Jarre) or jazz (Don Byron) CDs, adverts for almost anything, and of course books. Put these two things together...
