I ate your cookies. I couldn't help myself. They were sitting in a window sill in Gloucester UK when I walked by and I... well the rest is history.
If it's any consolation I feel really sorry about the whole thing.
good luck with your new identity...

Thank you for your kind concern as to my welfare
Whilst you are here, please feel free to help yourself to ...
...but as I see you have already eaten no or for you...

*takes , though it is a highly uncouth time to drink in his location, eleven in the morning*
Thanks. Will you be abandoning this place when you get your old account back? It looks like you aim on being this u# only temporarily.

My ideal is to get my first identity back again and then decide what to do with the other ones. One idea is to turn one or other of the new me's into a page for discussing problems with login etc...
Another idea is to start a converstion thread between two of me, with the express intention of making it into the top 5 busiest conversations(Although the italics might not approve of such behaviour)

Anyway your problem has intrigued me... the third time, eh?
and, yep, carrying multiple personalities is not allowed.
it's kinda funny though.

I guess its something to do with not being prperly registered with the BBC, or at least not having a link established between me in h2g2 and me in the BBC. I've always had h2g2-dot-com as the bookmarked link and just gone straight to the site using my cookie. Once this cookie was deleted the link took me via the BBC address and my problems began.

I'm back to old self now
A remarkably easy process. I just e-mailed the italics and they gave me my original BBC login name. Its the case sensitive nature of the login that caused all my problems
