In my opinion failing to vote should be Illegal (There should be a box to tick for abstentions). And yes parties should definatly be limited on there campaign spending to give the little guys a chance. I am in favour of PPP, but as part of your page pointed out the current form being touted is so convoluted and bizzare I'm not sure what it means any more.
On the point of Democratic voting, the internet could be a way of the populace registering there votes on the items going through parliment. I'm not sure weather people would have the confidence that the system couldn't get hacked and anyway, who would bother?
