Hi Fi,
It's not till this evening, but as I had a 'birthday' pizza yesterday, I'm not holding out much hope! 
Still, as I didn't go last week, it may give me a nice shock and a number to work down from.
Have you started the Slimmers World regime yet?

Am suffering from bad planning and lack of willpower. My bloke went shopping yesterday and bought food for the rest of the week which was a lovely surprise but kind of threw me. So have decided instead to count calories until next monday. Best of luck tonight but don't stress too much about it!

That's really nice of him! You're right though, it does end up meaning you have to re-plan, but that's easier than shopping!
Not stressing too much, I know I've put on, I may be disappointed with how much, but hey, it's been my birthday, and I refuse to feel guilty about it. 
In fact, I may go and get myself a nice fatty sandwich, and perhaps some chocolate, and perhaps some full fat coke , I'm drinking beer at birthday drinks tomorrow night so I think this week's out the window! 
You've reminded me to dig out my Slimmers World book
