Hello queegle!
I've spotted your posts in the cover versions thread and thought I would say hi as we seem to have the same taste in music - well at least three of the peeps you have mentioned I like!
Adam Ant is so (even though he's gone nuts) and I have all his albums - from Dirk Wears White Sox (on vinyl no less!) right through to Wonderful.
I think Robbie rocks - I am not a screamer...more of a luster and I think he has a great voice and is a great performer.
And you mention that you want to dance around in your pants listening to Madness. Well say no more! Just last week I...
Do you like Queen by any chance? It's if you don't...in fact it would be quite spooky if you do!
Well cheery-bye for now...hope to see you around

Hi!
I've only got a 'Best Of' Adam Ant CD, cuz I can't buy CDs as often as I'd like, but I heard 'Wonderful' for the first time and it's now one of my fave songs!
I luuuurve Queen! I think, yep, they're actually my best group of all time! Especially when my boyfriend at the time got himself a really cool music system, and I was able to listen to songs like 'Breakthrough' in proper stereo! Had to listen to all the songs again!
I guess it's cuz I'm an 80s child! There's not just underpants dancing... I also suffer from 'office-chair' dancing... you know, when you're listening to music while working and get carried away and start shaking your head around, then remember that windows aren't walls and people can see you! Tehee!
Nice to hear from you!

The office chair dancing! I am lucky in that I work from home but I can still do the office chair dance! I sometimes close my eyes and spin round whilst singing at the top of my voice (usually to something as embarrassing as Haircut 100 or something) which is when my boyfriend decides to walk in with one of his friends
I was lucky enough to see Queen live once - I shall treasure that day for ever. I also saw Madness and Adam Ant! I even went as far as "dressing-up" for the Ants gig! I was a closet new romantic!
I am not an 80's child (born in 1966) but my taste in music focuses from 1978 - 1986. 1981 is my favourite year for music.
I'm now off to dig out my Adam Ant CDs!
Take care

<- that's an envious smiley. I bet the Queen gig rocked! I did see Magic (tribute band) once, who were very good, but it was in the sports hall of a leisure centre, which detracted from the magic somewhat!
I have recently rediscovered my INXS CD! And have been singing around the house - don't know whether I'm annoying the housemates or not, I'm sure they'll let me know!
I'd love to go to a new romantic gig, no, strike that, I'd love to go, but take my male friends with me and get to put make-up on all of them! Teehee!
