I'm so jealous! after struggling with guide ml for two hours I finally got paragraphs.
that's what I get for being computer-illiterate.

not too deeply, I hope. My son, who is 14, is reading the H2G2 as we speak. when he finishes it, I'll sign him up for his own page. Then I'll have the help I need.

just like I did my mother, when I was your age. I'd be disappointed if you guys didn't.
besides, I love to play video games, and he hooks up the systems for me. we have nintendo 64, p.s. one and playstation 2.
I like the r.p.g.s, and, I'm sorry to say it, yes, Pokemon.
My kid likes Final Fantasy and the old Xenogears. Do you play?

Pokemon? Does that have something to do with that second childhood thing?...Just kidding. I don't really play 'cause my parents don't like that stuff,(something about rotting my brains out when i should do something constructive) but whatever. I think it's cool.

sooo, THAT's what's been happening to my brains.
::twitches::
I guess I'm a bad mother, to encourage my kid like I do. I don't know about your parents, but I don't see it. maybe if you got them hooked...

Just make that hija, por favor. Or something. I can't remember what it means, but I'm pretty sure hijo is masculine. But as I often find myself saying, Whatever.

si, senorita. lo siento mucho. I guess I was thinking of my kid. how's school treating you? what grade are you in and all that? Geez, I haven't been your age in over 4 decades. I'm 43. I can't even remember what it was like then, except I felt sooo restrained.

School's treating me (insert word that I can't come up with at the moment). I'm a freshman, so I spend most of my time getting lost in my new highschool. You felt sooo restrained did you? Yeah, I guess I can see that. In between the lostness anyway. I'm beginning to think that someone should set up a Lost society. I don't know anyone who has more trouble finding his/her/its way around than I do. Someone will ask me where I live, I'll give them my address, they'll say something like, "Oh really, where's that?" And I'll do that whole blank stare thing and respond with "I don't know." I don't know. Another phrase I'm forced to use entirely too much. Bleh this is long. Don't mind me, I have nothing better to do and this is the result of my boredom.

when someone asks you a question, respond with a question; It drives them crazy.
As far as getting lost, I was born with absolutely no direction. I once worked in a nursing home that was desighed like the spokes of a wheel. I spent half of my time wandering around trying to find my patients, which sorely tried my patience. I couldn't find my way out of a paper bag.
Good luck getting used to high school. I had a lot more freedom in H.S. than I did in Jr. high.
one good tip: get into journalism. Not only do you get an inside track on the news(which helps you to adjust faster), but you have a ready-made excuse to get out of any class, even while it's in progress. just don't over use it, or your teachers catch on.
