Thanks for caring. Things aren't great. I now officially have occupational asthma and my immediate boss is being very horrible even though it's their fault. The union are being supportive and personnel are on my side but it's hard working in an environment of fear and intimidation. I am waiting for another meeting with personnel and if that doesn't help, the union said I have to get a solicitor and sue.I am off work today because I had two asthma attacks through the night due to stress of work yesterday.
Otherwise things are just the same.The old cats are still with us, daughter is doing ok at university.I am trying to keep going but it's not easy. Everyone at work keeps saying how brave I am but I don't feel very brave to be honest
I hope things have been sorted out for J. It's not easy and you must be very stressed by it all.

Sorry to hear you're not doing well. Asthma is a nasty thing, although now I don't work in London, nor anywhere near traffic mine is so much better. All that affects me now is the very cold weather.

Things still not sorted out with J yet, tribunal has just been postponed for a month as the LEA came up with a plan at the last minute, but I don't trust them. One bit of the NHS asked for an assessment for J, which he eventually got (he has high functioning autism), and sent him off for another assessment. Only for me to discover four months later that went into a big black hole as there is no-one in my area who do it. They've arranged for someone as a special case now, but still not good enough.

Still no sign of any chance of going back to work, but I'm getting used to lounging around all day long now.
