I didn't.

I went when I was 31 with nessie a toddler in tow. worked in universities on and off ever since.

Tabs thats impressive! Not many would have done that!Did you enjoy it?

I loved every minute of it.I would recommend it to anyone at any age.

What did you study?

psychology and sociology .I had two part time jobs to pay for child care. (nowadays you get help with that) and i was the only single parent they had. Unfortunately some of the old crusty academics didn't approve of me,...but i won them round.

Pah! Least you showed them you could do it,i hate it when people say you can't do something because you then have to try twice as hard to prove them wrong.

never dare me.. i can't resist a challenge I ended up teaching ther part time for two years after i finsihed my degree.

don't... I went bungie jumping for my 40th birthday... never again..but i'm glad i did it.

My mums the same for her 40th she started moterbike lessons!I think she was just fed up of my dad nagging her in the passenger seat

She did stop after she had a little fright a jeep nearly knocked her down, She is now still looking for a bike though i don't think she'll get one unless someone else gets it for her.

oh dear poor mum. she may need to get her confidence back

Thats what we think but she won't go for more lessons so we are stuck as to what to do i think it's just a case of when she's ready really.

she might just decide to go back one day...it's one of those strange thing s that one day you are scared and then wake up the next and are fine again.

I hope so as she's always wanted to do it.

It's her and my dads 25th wedding anniversary on saturday they are having a do,so the house is slowly filling with food the dog thinks all it's birthdays have came at once.

I hope you have a lovely time....it scares me to think had my husband still been alive we would have been married 30 years next year..now that makse me feel old
