You may remember looking over my name recently...thanks again for your time...sorry i have taken so long to drop by and check out your space...i guess you know how it is.

well i am fascinated and intrigued...Abnormal Psychology...sounds like a hell of a thing, love to know more.

I can relate to a few other things too, up until i was 40 i don't think i lived anywhere longer than 18 months ..2 years max...am now at my 3rd spot since then which is not so bad...lol...guess i am slowing up!!!

abnormal psychology is about mental health,personality disorders,problems with development e.g. autism ...my specialism is personality disorders...only at the moment i am unemployed cos i walked out of my job...sometimes you have to stand up for what is right even if it leaves you in a financial hole.

sorry to hear that you have problems...but hats off to you for standing up and speaking out...if it is right it is right and nothing can change that...i feel sorry for folk who are so scared for their jobs or some other facet of their lives that they do not speak up about anything...must be a miserable existence.

personality disorders...sounds very intense....where did you work...hospital...prison...??

I've worked in mental hospitals and universities...this last job was teaching in a college..never again.The principal was severely anally retentive and a control freak.....I told him to get a life.The staff are terrified to speak out...those who stay that is....some people have walked out after 2 days..I lasted 5 weeks.the stuff they wanted me to do went against the disability discrimination act and I refused.
so they used my dyslexia as an excuse to say I wasn't fit to teach...well i've only been a lecturer 14 years and qualified to teach trainee lecturers so they were obviously right

with your skills and experience i have absolutely no doubt that you will easily walk into your next job...and knowing the way life works it will probably be the place you are supposed to be at.....still laughing as i post

thank you...something will turn up.Perhaps I was meant to go there so show up the flaws in the place or inspire the staff in a mass revolt or something...they bought me a big bunch of flowers when i left and i'd only been there 5 weeks! Anyway I intend to make the bad management practices known to people in power, at least then i'll feel I haven't failed the people I left behind who are too browbeaten by the system to fight back

thats the spirit...no doubt that everything has a reason...so maybe that was the real purpose for you being there...rest assured it will prove to be a good thing...undoubtedly for those left behind and i am sure for you too...as i said right is might!!
