Just stopped by to say hi to another psoriasis sufferer.
Mine is pretty clear right now, but a month or two ago when I was highly stressed from splitting up with my girlfriend it covered about half my neck and a lot of my body/arms. I found that using my Betnovate steroid cream and covering that with a layer of Vaseline cleared it up beautifully, i only have a couple of small plaques on my body now...
I have rats to, and know the whole injuring yourself when you fall trying to save the rats thing!!! The ex even broke her knee and tore a ligament(on crutches for 6 months) jumping across the room to see the rats...

Sorry for butting in here as well...
There a site called www thirdaid com (insert . for the spaces) that puts you in touch with other people with similar problems.
Also, some nice products from around here have been known to help, Skugga might even know it, the Blue Lagoon stuff... (www bluelagoon is). In case you have some money to burn, a trip there might help...

ismarah is completely right about the Blue Lagoon stuff! It's quite similar to the salt from the Dead Sea - but the best thing IS to visit the Blue Lagoon itself *sighs*

I´ve been there twice recently, once at night and once in the daytime. The daytime one was sunny and nice and I couldn´t see a thing! I walked around holding on to my other half with my eyes closed. The nighttime one was much better - I could see stuff
