2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side...

1. our gym... session with our PT... running, then weights (legs and lat pull down machine work, then preacher bench bicep curl and tricep curls, then benchpress...) - actually not with our normal PT, but with another volunteer trainer, being supervised by our regular PT..

Second... we wer eworking, to train someone else, working with a girl with CP, in a wheelchair... various things, some very* slow walking on the treadmill, then some stretches for her legs, using an exercise band... then upper-arm work, using medicine balls, then more arm stuff; basically her throwing the exercise balls (mainly at me, which was fun....), then some work to help 'straighten ' her back; resting a heavy medicine ball on her knees, then propelling her wheelchair backwards; to use more back muscles, up a ramp... then, just for fun, chasing me down the ramp ... (I followed her up, helping stop the ball roll of her lap...), then back up the ramp again smiley - run - I was running down it backwards, just for exercise for myself... smiley - zen
