2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side... Started conversation Oct 8, 2017
was at gym again today had bacon on homemade hummus on toast for breakfast (good sodium....) then th gym... had a salad for lunch, avocado, red bell pepper, cucumber, lettuce, tuna, and some coleslaw, followed by a peach and an apple still trying to get a few things sorted on the new laptop.... now have the external soundcard up and working, and so the preamp and poweramp running again, and some software on so I can play guitar and bass the printer is being an got the drivers installed, so it is actually working, but it doesn't seem to want to install the scanner/printing software the printer came with.... but I guess there must be a simple scanning bit of software on the machine already somewhere, just to get PDFs etc, of documents... - which reminds me must scan in the letter from my cardiologist I eventually made her write, which also had the added bit of information telling me to tell close relatives of the abnormality with my tricuspid valve, which I must scan in, and send to my Brother so he can take it to his Dr was in pub last night, for a while... not much else to do today... may just go try sleep soon.

Just about to fix myself a light snack, corn chips with a mildly spicy, fresh, tomato salsa dip.
Appetite has been very low of late, probably on account of a late season heat wave.

After quite some time now, eating a reduced calorie diet, I'm not even sure I could eat as large a portions as I used too - I know a couple times recently, after eating out, I've been too full to drink hardly any beer afterwards shocking! I can find quite an appertite though, sometimes, especially after doing a lot of exercise, which makes sense, as I'm not overeating the rest of the time, to have much 'spare' floating about for the exercise... - now, planning a weekend away, so the reduced calorie thing may vanish for a few days, grabbing bits of food 'out' invariably means high calorie - on the positive though, we useually walk dozens and dozens of miles a day whilst away for a weekend even if most evenings end up in a pub Although, actually the lkast time we were away, we found we tended to have a bit of something for breakfast, a small something about lunchtime/early afternoon, and by the evening didn't particularly eat much; occasionally we got a single slice of pizza in the evening, as we were constantly passing a takeaway doing rather decent pizza slices for next to no money.... mind, I suspect, a single pizza slice like that, fromn a takeaway, is about as mnany caloires as a normal cooked meal in the evening, I do... I.E., about 450 -550 KCal

Recent meals, pizza toppingd between two slices of hot grilled cheese on rye, with a thin spread of pizza sauce spinkled with powdered basil on the toasted rye under the cheese, cut into quarter sandwiches before serving.
