2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side...

smiley - weird another OK day today... bit brain foggy, distant, disconnected, and did hallucinate a bit this afternoon, whilst trying to nap... so I got up and didn't nap.... not entirely sure it was hallcuination though.... depends... if the noises were just* in my head, it probably was hallucination.... - if some of the noise was from outside my head, then It was probably more a failure of sensory processing again; my brian took the noises 9(from outside or inside my head; maybe distant music?), and combined them, with random other noises; the high pitch noise of the water running through the heating pipes, noise of traffic, fans outside etc, and created non-existant noises from them, some of which resolved, vageluy into the sort of almost but not quite sounds of voices smiley - erm

Well. either that or it was hallucinations, or I really have goen proper mad at last smiley - zensmiley - erm

Anyhow, i didn't nap then, which was this afternoon, so got up... and ignored the voices and cooked a pizza for W and I for dinner smiley - zensmiley - chef

err, going backwards a bit....

woke, took levothyroxin, water, sublingual B12 2000 MG, snus.... waited a while.... coffee smiley - coffee then;
prednisolone, followed by breakfast, of eggs, hardboiled on multi-seeded wholemeal bread, two eggs, two slices toast, a litle butter.

smiley - tea for after breakfast, adn the vitamine D3 800 IU.

Ten went into town, walked up and checked a copule of charity shops; found a gorgeous embroided top which I got for £3.50 smiley - cool (not tried it on yet though).

Went into Yours and looked round (where I got my new boots from) shiney heels! so shiney! glitter ball shiney! nah.... I'd really not be comfy wearing them... that was quite a steep heel incline on them smiley - laugh didn't spot anything there, so went oer to Boots and got more of the smiley - erm whipes smiley - blush which were on offer, which was good smiley - magicsmiley - 2cents

Came ome via supermarket, to get a few grocerys....

Had some fresh smoked mackeral fillets, on two slices of the seeded bread for lunch.

ten tried the nap in the afternoon, which didn't reall work smiley - doh

Just had the pizza a while ago; half a pizza each for me and W; an onion sliced fine, lots of cheese, some mushrooms and a couple of the cooked sausages from the fridge, sliced up on top, with some oragano and fresh black pepper smiley - drool

not felt too aweful today... just sort of weak and moderate body pain, and a bit of cramp etc... and arm pain...

Think I've discovered something with the prednisolone....

its not just I need to take it with food; it hurts otherwide, but, I was taking it immediately after food; it hits my body entirely differnt if I take it immedaitely before food smiley - huhsmiley - weird

took my 900 MG calcium, magnessium, zinc, multi vitamine, 1000 MG vitamine C, after dinner. smiley - erm

think I may go bath now... epically.... I'm thinking a dragon's eggs, a careguines caldron, and perhaps some rose oil and honey mania bubble bath should do... plus the coconut shampoo obviously, and some chey butter soap, and a n new razor blade, as i want to shave my legs today smiley - blush and perhaps some coconut body butter, for a change today... or maybe more of the new rose body butter I got... that is so smiley - drool ,blush> smiley - blush Don't think we'll go to the pub tonight; tomorrow is the 1920's smiley - disco thing... and I've got to make it to that... with my new dress, and the elbow length gloves to wear smiley - diva plus my feather boa and the pearls smiley - diva Just hope I'm feeling well enough for that tomorrow... and then we're out Saturday night, to a pub we've not been to in years, with the local LGBT peopl again smiley - diva I w may n meed to wear the leopard print dress Saturday night... smiley - diva not worn that in ages actually smiley - erm

Saw a gorgeous pair of leopard print heels, in one of the charity shops.... but about.... 7 sizes too small for me smiley - laugh tiny!

2legs factoids.
I have still got my tonsils.

My nails and hair are both in better condition than they've been like forever, for no obvsiou reaon smiley - erm

ITIWBS

Vitamin D3 potentiates calcium absorption, calcium carbonate or calcium phosphate potentiate B vitamins absorption, so it pays to take all three together.

It gives me stomach upsets to take vitamin C with calcium (they tend to react, neutralizing one another) so I take them separately.

Tinitis, ringing in the ears, is symptomatic of thyroid storm, which tends to hit me when I'm late with anti-diabetic meds and hypoglycemic simultaneously.

Ahh, but the advice I've read, is to take the B vitamines in the morning; I take my levothyroxin in the morning, as one is ment too, empty stomach, an hour away from food, and you can't take calcium (including milk etc), for I think iits soemthing like 7 hours either side of levothyroxin smiley - erm - I think its virtually impossible to get them all organised right! smiley - laugh - I guess I could take my multi vitamine, and C in the middle of the day lunchtime, but as I don't get up until late, that is not very far from taking levothyroxin, but I guess tha twould be OK, then take my clacium as I do, in the evening/late afternoon, with dinner, which is when I take the magnessium and zinc.... Which leaves just the B vitamines, that I take in the morning at the moment, as that was the advice I saw on them, and they don't interact as far as I know tith the levothyroxin....

Still think its insaine, that I'm on a drug/medicaiton that caused oesteoporosis and osteo necrosis in 50% of patients, yet they don't monitor for the bones at all; they never even advicesd me to take calcium suppliment, despite the majority of patients losing 50% of their bone densisty in the first 3 to 6 months of long term steroid therapy. - fighting a loosing battle now to remain able to walk; if I can't walk I can't use a wheelchair, as I'm blind, so its curtains. and the medical profession offer no help or advice on this at all, won't even talk to me about it when I'm in clinic. Mind, if the oedema gets much worse I'll be facing kidney failtre and heart disease long before he bones give out, so perhaps they're right to ignore the bones, realising they'll kill me first by ignoring the oedema. smiley - shrugsmiley - weird

Tried on the new top I got from teh charity shop, that woudl have fited me a few weeks back, no way now, arms too bloated with water retention to wear it, and abdomin too distended. smiley - cry at this rate I have to buy a new wardrobe every two weeks to cope with tien increases in water retention.
