h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

made it bowling tonight... but was so exausted... but did make it... had a massive epic bath in afternoon before bowling... didn't feel too bad today I guess, just muscular and joint adn bone pain, lots of cramp, etc, bit brain foggy and fatigued, did nap in morning as per useual, having got up, felt fine, took meds, nad felt dredful, just went back to bed. so was a short day I guess as mostly was in bed, then getting read to go bowling... then bowling... and now... home... drinking tea this oedema is getting so annoying. and painful I think for the first time, in my fingers and wrists and warms in particularly. making it more fidffiult to use my nadn now as they're so swollen. which is nice.
