Thanks for the welcome! I do have some questions for you - possibly the answers could be found by sufficient searching of the site, but I'm the sort who likes to learn from people.. First off, text editing and symbols. How does one insert special characters (say, Greek characters), and is there a list somewhere giving one a clue about what sorts of smiley faces are available? It's a minor issue, but I don't want to accidentally post a bizarre emoticon. Thanks a bunch.

Hi, Para- sorry it took me so long to respond. Answers: for special characters use the ML-Clinic (click on the link under the Journal space). For Smileys- just click on this one and you'll get transferred to the Smiley's page. If you want a Smiley that you see in a conversation, put the mouse's arrow on it and you'll see its name. Then put it between < > and you have the smiley! Have fun!
