..come along and read some of your postings again! How's things?
Starting sunday night I have some nightshifts again, so I'll be a more regular visitor in these nights!
Greetings,
W.

It's nice to see you again. I've been very busy at work with a project, but have reached a temporary lull. Life outside of work has been so hectic, I've not been able to visit as much as I like.
I'm glad you are doing well! I try and pop in at least 5 - 10 minutes a day, if just to avoid the inevitable backlog on my threads....

I hope you are doing well.... I've been offline a while (mostly due to a new job with Cyber Police who take their jobs very, very seriously).

Now it was my turn to disappear the h2g2-radar! For no good reason, really; just other things to do, other sites to go to, new friends, a different identity, joining a radical political organisation; the usual stuff.
I promise I'll be a more regular visitor from now on and in the next few weeks I'm going to catch up on some reading on this site.
I'm fine, by the way, although it has been a very busy time with my mother being very ill (but she recovered!), our oldest cat Chica falling ill (but she's okay now!) and my girlfriend suffering from a hernia in her lower back (guess what...she's doing quite fine!).
I'll see you around!

Baw,
I'm glad to hear you are well, and that barring minor calamaties, your life sounds on track.
I still can't make it in as often as I used to, but I'm making a concerted effort to check in more.

I'll have to take some time to read your previous posts...Cyber Police? Are You sure you haven't whatched too much Philip K. Dick-inspired movies lately?
The be honest, I've tried some other sites likes this one but this is by far the funniest. And the nicest peers too (). I'll try to get active in some of my favourite conversation and meet you some place (or here).

Our IT department takes the sacred use of broadband for the sole purpose of w*rk very seriously. They have this horrible tendency to write terse e-mails about frivolous use of internet access to everyone in violators' hierarchy (I know this first hand). Repear violators lose their internet access . So, while I can somewhat legitimately read news services, I am hard-pressed to validate how H2G2 provides value to the company (they don't seem to count sanity as a viable excuse - narrow-minded is what I say!).

Just make sure your outgoing messages have business-like headers like; "Re; your proposal concerning the Latin-American communications" is ,of course, your reply to your Brazilian chat-boyfriend. Make sure the first paragraph is the most boring stuff you can think of, throw in a few technical specs and Robert is your father's brother!
I don't know how to explain any visit to healthytoyboys.com when the management catches you with that in your cache...
Over here it's suddenly 86 Fahrenheit! I know this means a chilly day around your place, but over here half of our population runs to the beaches on the North Sea, just to make sure they spend 5 hours in a traffic jam, 2 hours looking for a parking space and and hour on the beach itself. Over there, the children are crying, the relationship between the parents worsens by the minute and skulls, shoulders and necks are burned.
Luckily I had to work this evening, so I can type this after a nice cycling-tour along the shady lanes. Not bad, really.
Have a nice week!

We're quite happy with 86 deg, but I won't go swimming if the water is less than 90. Actually, it was a balmy 80 degrees this morning at 5:00 am. By the end of October, our high's will be back in the 80's and all the snowbirds will return. It's a trade-off, good temps, bad traffic.
Interestingly enough, my brother in law's name is Robert, and his twin lives in Brazil. He's an engineer and has stated that if any of us "Staters" feel like visiting, the body guards would be on him.
As for the boytoys.com, I've got a home computer for that.
Have a great week!!
