Oh yes. I didn't realize it before, but you are SOOOOO right, it all becomes clear!
That's really sneaky, keeping things lost down the back of the sofa, but I hope you're prepared for all the lost underwear and used condoms...
I can't keep anything, I'd just lose it.
Phlange. That's my favourite ever, apart from maybe scuttle...
Have some for being a like minded person and a
to welcome you to h2g2...happy hiking!

Thanks for the choccy, not to mention the drink, nice to know there's more hikers out there who worship the great one. My Father claims to have walked with him to school when they were both kids in the little village of Pontypridd, Wales. He also alledgedly turned down the chance to play guitar in 'the Senators' which was Mr Jones' old school band...anyway, I don't believe a word of it, but share that fact with anyone who cares to listen (my one claim to fame you see). I have to say also that Phlange was a late addition to the great words list, after Sick Bob reminded me of it.
Anyway, nice to meet you, oh and I'd better get you a in return...Salut

Just out of interest...can you remember what phlange actually means...I really don't think I can be bothered to find a dictionary at this time in the evening. It's been bugging me a little...I'm sure I knew what it meant once

Of course...the old phlange pedal...I always though it was spelt flange though..but then phlange makes a much better word, don't you think?
I think you also have phlangees (or something similar) as one of the bones in your fingers...
