My elected term has since ended. I was president of the collegiate branch of Kiwanis International, Circle K. Represented clubs on over 500 campuses in 14 countries...it was like having 2 full-time jobs, but I wouldn't trade a moment of it for anything!
And no, 21 is definitely not too young for that

WOAH!!!
I've been kinda lazy... but I've been vp of a Pagan group in Denver, pushing myself through my last two ruddy old college courses, and looking into grad school.
I think I'd do well as a poetry/creative writing prof. It'd be something I'd be proud to do, as opposed to this retail silliness!!! 
I'm also looking at w*rking in Antarctica. But if I get a job there, I won't be attending grad school til Fall 2006. Meh.

Is there a lot of call for poets and creative writers in Antartica these days? 
I'm looking at trying to get my MBA too, but I'm really hoping I can find a job where they'll pay for me to get it. I have one that I'm very close to getting in Chicago, but it's in banking and I don't really want it. There's another in Atlanta at a convention center that I'd like to get (only it isn't "technically" open), and I'm also looking in the Orlando/Tampa area. We'll see how it goes

.... My job in Antarctica could involve a shuttle bus, or escorting people on the airstrip, or it could involve janitorial w*rk or bartending, but during my free time I can hang out at the office of "The Antarctic Sun", a weekly newspaper, and I can learn layout and contribute articles. YAY!!!

The TA job will help me with grad school, and with becoming a professor!!! YAY!!!
As for bartending in Antarctica, I don't think I'll have that particular job. It's a gig that's in addition to nine hours' work at something else.... and if I have free time, I'll spend it at the newspaper they have there!!!
