I live in Marvellous Melbourne.
I like cricket, old movies and vanilla ice cream.
I am synaesthetic.
I read a lot.
I dye my hair.
Loud music makes my teeth ache.
I get car sick.
I can recite the alphabet backwards.
I am a friend of Sue de Bruyne.
I once drove 2 kilometres in reverse at high speed when charged by an elephant in Kruger Park.
I can speak three languages.
I can't swim very well.
I know how to tap dance.
I tend to avoid dogs and small children.
I do not admire politicians.
I am in awe of people who can type with ten fingers, especially if they can do it without looking.
I do not go to church.
I stick to the speed limit, if only because they fine you a slop bucket full of money if you don't.
My library books are seldom overdue.
I am very bad at level parking.
I am good at Scrabble.
I like cats and have served on the staff of many. My current home is unfortunately not suitable for a catly occupant as there is an indoor garden, which the cat will undoubtedly regard as a luxury indoor toilet. I don't want my house to smell of cat pee: it makes a bad impression.
As soon as I get on top of the motion sickness thing, I am going to look out for a Vogon spaceship: their poetry holds no fears for one who had to learn reams of Patience Strong at boarding school by way of punishment for various forms of unladylike behaviour.
